Refunds & Returns Policy – DESUKU

At Desuku (https://desuku.in), customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect every product before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.
Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received a defective product
- You received an incorrect item (wrong size, color, or design)
📌 Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products purchased during sales or discount offers
- Items returned after the 48-hour window
- Products that are used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Products without original tags, packaging, or invoice
- Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@desuku.in
- Mention:
- Order ID
- Clear images/videos of the product showing the issue
- Reason for return
Once approved, our team will guide you through the return process.
⚠️ Do not send products back without approval, as unapproved returns will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our mistake (damaged/defective/wrong product), we will arrange reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, we will guide you on the next steps.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection
- Refunds will be credited to:
- Original payment method
- Or store credit (as applicable)
⏳ Refund processing time:
- 7–10 business days after approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the error was from our side.
6. Exchange Policy
Currently, direct exchanges are not available.
If eligible, you may return the product and place a new order separately.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear images/videos of the product and packaging
- Keep the product unused and in original condition
Failure to report within the timeline may result in rejection.
